BITTER ORANGE MARMALADE WITH CHOCOLATE
Of our innovations for the year 2009.
We have added to our traditional bitter orange marmalade some tears of chocolate. Offering 70 % of cocoa and helping to take care of the health and the cholesterol, in addition to making the palate happy in every breakfast. Althogh it isn’t though like this, the chocolate does not raise the levels of cholesterol. Although in the composition of the chocolate a high percentage of saturated fat exists, the estearic acid that it contains awards his metabolic special properties. Scientists of the University of Texas, between them the doctor Scott Grundy (world authority in cholesterol) says that even with diets where the chocolate should be abundant, the cholesterol does not have to rise. As well as it has just published “Metabolism”, the estearic acid is a type of fat that does not alter the metabolism of the cholesterol and the consumption of two or three tablets of chocolate per week does not raise the indexes of cholesterol.
