Pork sirloin with Onion jam and Wine Reduction.

 We clean the sirloins taking away the fat, then we put them in the skillet

and frying them for eight to ten minutes turning them over; we have to season them and
adding black pepper. Cut the sirloins into fillets with half
centimeter thickness.

We place them on the plate over a mixing base of onion jam and wine reduction.
